Easter is a time for family, comfort, and shared moments. A time when we return to our roots – to the warmth of home, the aroma of freshly baked bread, and the joy of lovingly painted eggs.

This spring we celebrate both Catholic Easter (April 3-6), and so on Orthodox Easter (April 10-13) with a special festive program created around the meaning of the holiday – reunion, gratitude and a new beginning.

Festive program

During each of the two holiday periods, we have prepared a special program for our guests:

• Egg painting on Saturday (11:00 a.m.)
  
• Preparing bread and kozunacs – manual process and slow pace
  
• Traditional dinners, cooked in our oak wood oven
  
• Rhodope bagpipers and singers live – the sound of the Rhodope Mountains
  
• Welcoming the Resurrection of Christ with a visit to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Shiroka Laka
  
• Easter lunch with a rich meal and lamb, slowly roasted on a spit
  
• Special dinner with a 5-course signature menu, created by our chef
  
• Under suitable weather conditions: BBQ picnic in the yard
  

Kozunak and sourdough bread workshops

As part of the festive program, we invite you to join special workshops dedicated to the manual process and slow rhythm.

In the workshop for kozunak and sourdough bread You will learn the basics of preparation, learn different techniques, and feel how tradition comes to life in your hands – quietly, warmly, and truly.

Rest and recovery

Throughout your stay in Gela, the holiday goes hand in hand with relaxation. At our guests' disposal are:

• Relaxation area with sauna and steam bath
  
• Massages (Shiatsu and Yumeiho) – for complete relaxation and recovery
