ONÁ Restaurant is one of the good reasons to visit Northwestern Bulgaria and discover some of the charm of this region.
If it seems too far from the sea, we have good news – the restaurant and its chef Hristian Ganchev are coming to BlackSeaRama on July 22.
The theme of the evening is Mediterranean Contemporary Fusion, presented through a special signature menu.
Hristian Ganchev graduated in Culinary Arts from the Malta Institute of Tourism, International Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse and Gastronomic Innovations in Spain. He has worked in Malta, France and the USA in Michelin-starred kitchens. In Bulgaria, he was the culinary director of the Cosmos restaurant in Sofia, and is currently the head chef of the ONÁ restaurant in the village of Stakevtsi.
