„"Perspectives in the Mirror" is a four-day retreat amidst the silence and nature of the Rhodope Mountains, created for people who want to meet themselves more deeply - through the other, through conversation, and through presence.
This is not a course, therapy, or lecture on relationships. It is an experience in which participants step out of familiar roles and immerse themselves in a space of openness, attention, silence, and true connection.
The retreat is based on the idea that every person carries both masculine and feminine energy within them. When we begin to recognize and accept them within ourselves, we stop expecting the other to fill our gaps and begin to choose more consciously, more freely and more truly.
For four days, six men and six women will be mirrors for each other – through conversations, writing, acting out stories, questions, movement, music, and shared moments of silence.
Mornings will begin with a walk by the river or yoga in the fresh Rhodope air. Evenings will be dedicated to carefully selected food, wine, candles, music, conversations under the stars and the feeling of full presence.
Amidst the nature of Gela, away from noise, expectations and everyday masks, the retreat creates a space for deeper connection, inner clarity and an encounter with what often remains unspoken.
